First Assignment
-WORKING CULTURE-

My first job training was in Sheraton Bandung Hotel and Towers. Sheraton has their own working motto to build their working culture. Their motto is "Life is better when shared." So, in their work environment they must share and make a good team work.

And for solve guest complains they have their own way too.

T = Talk and Listen
A = Answer and Anticipate
R = Resolve

W = What's The Problem
O = Own and Solve It
W = Wow The Guest

And for my second job training was in Gran Melia Hotel Jakarta. They have their own work values, like:

- Austerity, Hard work, Simplicity, Ethics, and Humility
- Constant Self Improvement
- Training and Promotion
- Family Company
- Lead by example
- to Delegate
- to Encourage Responsibility
- Control

That is means that every company has their own working culture, they make their own values to reach their work goals.

SALON AND SPA.
Salon and spa is one of hospitality business too. Because they are providing the service too. Their services are:
- Haircut
- Blow
- Creambath
- Facial
- Spa
- Hair Spa
- Manicure and Pedicure
- Smoothing
- Hair Colouring
- Hair Therapy
- others

But not only that services, how they can communicate with their guest that also a service too.
They also make a package for their guest, so their guest can get a lower price. And they can get more guest.
